Market Segments & Applications
This product, with a wide range of applications, can be used in many aqueous environments for defoaming and foam inhibition. For example:
- Used for defoaming in textile printing and dyeing processes and for foam inhibition in textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries;
- Used in water treatment, industrial circulating water, paper washing, chemical cleaning, fertilizer anti-caking, petrochemical and other industries;
- Used in oil extraction to eliminate harmful foams in drilling mud and cementing cement.
Detailed Description
Models. GY-440
Composition. Polysiloxanes, Modified Polysiloxanes, Emulsifiers, Dispersants, etc.
Usage. This product can be used directly or diluted. Long-term storage after dilution may lead to problems such as delamination and oil bleaching, which may affect use. The dilution method for long-term storage can be consulted with our company. The additive amount of defoamer is 10~1000ppm, according to the different use system, the optimal additive amount can be decided according to the specific test by customers.
Packaging. Packed in 50Kg, 200Kg plastic-lined drums or by negotiation.
Storage. Stored at room temperature, not close to heat source and not exposed to sunlight. No contact with acid, alkali, salt and can not be stored for a long time after dilution with water. If delamination occurs beyond half a year of storage, within which it would not occur, this product can still be used after mixing well.
